Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and evaluate technical laboratory procedures on patient specimens.
  • Report test results in a timely manner according to established laboratory protocols.
  • Assume additional technical or non-technical responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage resources such as productivity, supplies, instruments, and equipment.
  • Provide input in the evaluation of team members' performance.
  • Assist with ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
  • State license as either a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Supervisor with qualification in the area of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, or Biological Science.
Work Environment

The Lead Technologist will work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work with minimal supervision and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
