Why You Will Appreciate This Role:
The Senior Systems Architect position will oversee platform and system management across the Windows enterprise. This diverse team is dedicated to driving automation through strategic engineering while focusing on enhancing the end-user experience. The team continually faces challenges to address evolving business requirements with efficiency and innovation, showcasing automation capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Microsoft Modern Management platforms, including Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM, and Azure Application Portals.
  • Oversee Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure and its supporting components.
  • Develop Deployments/Collections/Applications within a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager framework.
  • Download and implement Monthly MS Security Updates via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Create automation scripts utilizing PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.
  • Conduct advanced queries of the Configuration Manager Database for support purposes.
  • Provide third-level support for desktop support technicians.
  • Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks effectively.

Essential Skills for Success:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Additional Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • 5 years' experience in managing and supporting Windows OS Platforms.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of the architecture and supporting components of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager in an enterprise setting.
  • Advanced understanding of server and client maintenance, troubleshooting, SQL query writing, SUP, and application deployments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD (Operating System Deployment) is preferred.
  • Technical support experience with Windows 10/11, including in-depth knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting.
