Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and define system architecture for new or existing Information technology enterprise systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on CENTCOM's Collaborative Partner Environment (CPE) and datacentric mission partner networking in general.
  • Develop and maintain CPE architecture across all mission networks.
  • Contribute to completion of major engineering programs and projects.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of highly complex engineering problems.
  • Perform highly complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end.
  • Oversee highly complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Perform continual maintenance and provide highly complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in communication or a related field of study and at least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
  • Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
