As a key member of our Investment Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. You will work closely with our team to execute transactions, financial modeling, industry and comparable company analysis, and deliver high-quality presentations to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of M&A and financing transactions, financial modeling, industry and comparable company analysis.
- Prepare and deliver standard and tailored presentations and pitches to clients.
- Produce accurate and informative content for client presentations.
- Provide management support to analyst bankers through training, mentoring, and evaluating performance potential.
- Seek opportunities for professional development through the job itself, special assignments, training, or external activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of Investment Banking concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of Investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.
- Knowledge of Tax and Accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Financial markets and products knowledge.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think independently and make prompt, pragmatic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a big-picture orientation.
We require a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in Investment Banking. An MBA Degree with experience in Investment Banking is preferred. Alternatively, any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources will be considered.
Licenses/CertificationsThe successful candidate will be required to obtain the following licenses/certifications:
- SIE (Series 7 or 79) License.
- FINRA Series 63 License (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).
