Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Follow established procedures for food and beverage storage and transportation to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Respond promptly to requests for food and beverage items to be delivered to points of sale, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Unload and stock food and beverage products in coolers, freezers, and dry storage as needed, maintaining accurate inventory levels and rotating date-sensitive products to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Distribute food and beverage products to points of sale throughout the facility, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Operate inventory conveyance equipment, including stock carts, pallet jacks, and dollies, safely and efficiently.
  • Interact with customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing a positive experience and promoting a culture of excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Illinois food handler (ServSafe) certification required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with the ability to walk extended distances and climb stairs.
  • Reliable transportation required.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include frequent exposure to commercial cleaning chemicals, regular movement around the facility, and occasional work in outdoor environments. The ability to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
