Position: Certified Athletic Trainer

Gundersen Health System is seeking a qualified athletic trainer to deliver comprehensive services that encompass injury prevention, clinical assessment, immediate intervention, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury triage. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a sports medicine physician and assist healthcare professionals within the clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for athletic injuries.
- Partner with various organizations and institutions to provide athletic training services.
- Work in conjunction with medical personnel at Gundersen Sports Medicine Clinic.
- Aid in the development of therapy programs and provide casting services.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or a related discipline is required.
- Board Certification from the NATA-BOC is essential.
- Experience is not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Certifications:
- ATC certification from NATA-BOC
- LAT certification in Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support certification
