About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Avante at Lake Worth, a Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to residents, using evidence-based practices to improve their communication skills.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance our services and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
