Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Auditory Verbal Therapist to join our team at CEENTA's SouthPark office. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality diagnostic and intervention services to children and adults with hearing loss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive auditory verbal therapy to patients with hearing loss, including diagnostic and intervention services.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other members of the clinical team, including audiologists and otolaryngologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans and progress.
  • Document patient evaluations and therapy appointments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language-Pathologists (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Listening and Spoken Language Specialist Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT) preferred.
  • Experience working with children and adults with hearing loss, including cochlear implant recipients.
