**Job Purpose:**
The Network Lead is a critical figure in overseeing and enhancing our network infrastructure, which is essential for sustaining our technological and business processes. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and maintenance of network systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The Network Lead will be responsible for leading a team of network professionals, managing a diverse range of network environments, and ensuring alignment with our overall IT strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Network Management:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in network management, with a proven track record in overseeing complex network infrastructures, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- **Education and Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant network certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
- **Technical Expertise:** Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, wireless technology, network security, and cloud services.
