KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Utilizes hand tools and machinery to remove and replace guardrails, posts, and signage.
  2. Installs various traffic control devices following project guidelines.
  3. Interprets blueprints and executes highway striping as per specifications.
  4. Handles loading and unloading of tools, equipment, and materials from transport vehicles and storage.
  5. Installs and removes chain link fencing as required.
  6. Conducts daily inspections of assigned vehicles and completes necessary documentation.
  7. Assists in the upkeep of the job site, yard, and equipment.
  8. Performs additional tasks as directed.
  9. Adheres to safety protocols and promotes a culture of safety among team members, ensuring compliance with safe working practices.
  10. Demonstrates respect and provides excellent customer service in all workplace interactions.
  11. Encourages and supports collaboration among all teams through a positive demeanor.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  2. Possession of a CDL, Class B (with air brake endorsement) or higher.
  3. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  4. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools are essential.
  5. Prior experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
  6. Forklift certification is a plus.
  7. Physical ability to lift heavy materials consistently.
  8. Basic proficiency in math and effective verbal/written communication skills are required.
  9. Capability to comprehend job specifications and written directives.
  10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as potential overtime and travel.

We primarily seek skilled carpenters, laborers, and operating engineers. Our company is affiliated with collective bargaining agreements and adheres to the hiring regulations of each agreement. We are preparing to hire for various projects as opportunities arise.
