Role Overview:
The Dayton Area School Consortium is seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill the role of a bus aide for the upcoming school year. This position is essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the safe boarding and disembarking of students.
2. Supervise students during transit to maintain a secure environment.
3. Collaborate with the bus driver to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
4. Provide support to students with special needs as required.

Work Schedule:
This role involves approximately 7 hours of work per day, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess a caring attitude and a commitment to student safety. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
