Position Overview

The role of Construction Site Manager is a leadership position overseeing a team of construction personnel, including laborers and field coordinators. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in managing unitized curtain wall and window wall systems. Previous management experience within a construction team is advantageous. This position will involve working night shifts, and while it is a full-time role, adjustments to working hours may be considered upon project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare expense reports detailing cost estimates for suppliers, materials, labor, and other related expenses.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other management staff to establish budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers and vendors.
  • Create work schedules for employees and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a daily log of construction site activities, identifying any issues or areas needing attention.
  • Implement efficient and cost-effective techniques and strategies.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and maintain site safety logs, ensuring all personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools are inspected before use and that all work is performed safely.
