Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, including staff scheduling, store opening/closing, inventory oversight, maintaining visual brand standards, ensuring safe working conditions, and facilities upkeep.
  • Enhance Casper's visibility and adoption in the local market through strategic sales initiatives, community engagement, and event programming.
  • Implement and oversee continuous training and feedback processes with the team.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to refine back-of-house processes and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing team focused on exceptional service.
  • Safeguard and enhance the Casper omni-channel customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with teams at Casper HQ.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of nurturing talent.
  • In-depth understanding of service excellence in a consumer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for building consensus through influence.
  • A naturally curious mindset with a knack for problem-solving with grace and optimism.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, recognizing the value of experimentation and iteration.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day.
