About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Validation Engineer to join our team at JSat Automation Inc in Blue Bell Office.

  • This role involves leading the designing and development of manufacturing control systems in support of process operations.
  • Responsibilities include managing or supporting projects as the primary controls resource and developing validation documents per FDA cGMP and GAMP standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with selecting, designing and programming automation control systems, startup and commissioning of DCS, Batch, PLC and SCADA systems using distributed I/O.
  • A strong understanding of control systems DeltaV, SCADA, MES, and database systems, or computer system validation is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) or equivalent with over 5 years' experience in process industry.
  • Experience in project management and process knowledge is a plus.
