We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner - Psychology to join our team at Saint Vincent Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management.
- Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Requirements:
- Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen.
- Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits:
- Up to $30,000 bonus based on eligibility.
