Key Responsibilities of a Roadside Assistance Specialist:
  • Execute a range of roadside assistance tasks including tire replacements, lockout services, jump-starts, and fuel deliveries.
  • Employ specialized tools to diagnose issues and perform minor repairs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Conduct battery assessments and perform replacements as necessary.
  • Follow service agreements and provide accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
  • Manage equipment and tool inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in towing or roadside assistance.
