About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization in the Pacific Northwest as a Surgical Technologist. As a key member of the surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 10 state-of-the-art operating rooms, including one hybrid OR.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the sterile field for operative patients, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgical teams in a variety of procedures, including orthopedic, general, ENT, plastics, neuro, and robot-assisted surgeries.
  • Inventory and arrange sterile equipment, passing items as needed to the surgical team.
  • Understand and apply principles of asepsis to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Assist in patient preparation and movement, as well as clean-up and room turnover.
  • Access computer information as needed, such as preference lists and digital images.
Requirements
  • Accredited Surgical Technology Program or recognized course of training as a Surgical Technologist.
  • Surgical Technician - Washington certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
  • Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist.
