Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Support visual merchandising and store operations, including maintaining a clean and tidy selling floor
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
