Sky Lakes Medical Center is a leading provider of cancer care services, seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our esteemed team.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, including a coveted 4-day work week with one administrative day. Our ideal candidate is adept at autonomous practice within their scope, collaborating seamlessly with our medical assistants, nurse navigators, and infusion center scheduler.

  • Minimum of 2 years of APP HemOnc experience or extensive RN background
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

The successful candidate will typically see 8-10 patients daily, increasing to 10-15 at full capacity. This role offers a growth-oriented environment with no call requirements, 1-hour slots for new patients, and half-hour slots for follow-ups, ensuring a rewarding work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
