Job Title: Lead Solutions Architect

Humana is seeking a highly skilled Lead Solutions Architect to join our team in building a Digital Health Platform for our omni-channel applications. As a key member of our team, you will work with user groups to solve business problems using available technology, including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into technical systems solutions.
  • Build digital, omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern.
  • Build solutions with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system.
  • Build highly scalable, secure microservices in a cloud-agnostic way.
  • Build and ensure security within digital experiences utilizing authentication, and authorization/access management.
  • Integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to form a system.
  • Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field.
  • Prior project lead experience.
  • Strong expertise in building omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern.
  • Strong expertise in building solutions with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system.
  • Strong expertise in software development and cloud infrastructure blueprinting/provisioning.
  • Experience working with and building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong expertise in UI, including Vue.js, Angular, and/or React.
  • Strong expertise in mobile, including React Native and/or Flutter.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong expertise in back-end, including.NET, Java, and/or Node.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes and/or Docker.
  • Strong expertise in OAuth2.0 and/or OIDC, including authentication and authorization/access management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
