Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve maximum operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical guidance and lean guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Design and implement manufacturing flows and processes
  • Drive capacity improvement projects
  • Attend program core team, design reviews, DQR and DFM meetings, and provide manufacturing feedback
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Experience with assembly operations and material handling
  • Experience with manual and automated welding processes
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab preferable
  • Hands-on experience with Simulation software will be added advantage
