About the Assignment:

This travel rehab position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide occupational therapy services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a certified occupational therapy assistant, you will work closely with a licensed occupational therapist to develop and implement treatment plans that promote patient independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive training
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure
  • Experience working in a travel rehab setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
