We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at WesternExterminator. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections to determine the source of pest activity, selecting and building solutions to remedy pest presence, and performing pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity and determine the best course of treatment.
- Select and build solutions to remedy pest presence, including selecting products and services.
- Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment.
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
- Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pest issues and recommend appropriate services to resolve customer concerns.
- Identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that will provide value to the customer.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and ability to undergo motor vehicle driving record check.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.40-$22.00/hour.
- Annual incentive potential: $960-$14,210/year.
- Annual Total Earning Potential after initial training period: $81,120/year.
