Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team as a Software Engineering Lead. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering product enhancements, architectural design, and system reliability across all components of the Kobiton platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Code: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code that improves the suite of products at Kobiton.
  • Design and Architect Software Systems: Collaborate with the product team to design and architect extensible and maintainable software systems that meet business requirements.
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product management, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive products and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and Coach Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise through code reviews, pair programming, and technical presentations.
  • Identify and Resolve Complex Technical Issues: Identify and resolve complex technical issues requiring deep domain knowledge and creative solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in true application development, with substantial work in both mobile and server-side environments.
  • Skills: Expertise in server-side development, multi-threading, and multi-process management, with familiarity with mobile app development and experience with low-level C language duties.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
