- Project Coordination: Complete other training and education projects as assigned.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, pleasant and friendly demeanor, conflict management and de-escalation skills, ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and customer expectations, team mentality, and commitment to working with various departments and customer types.
- Computer Skills: Adequate computer skills for managing multiple systems.
The salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year.
