We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Prosperity Bank. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Transaction Processing
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and balance cash daily.
Product Promotion
  • Offer bank products and services to customers to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to strengthen their loyalty to the bank.
Compliance and Security
  • Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related experience or cash handling experience.
  • Good communication and math skills.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Working Hours

This part-time position is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
