Universal Banking Professional

The Universal Banker is a key role in our banking center, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. As a Universal Banker, you will be the initial point of contact for customers entering the bank, and will be responsible for processing account deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, and assisting with loan applications.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers entering the bank.
- Ensure cash drawer is accurate and balanced before and after your shift.
- Perform all teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Opening new accounts and assist with loan applications.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries.
- Meet individual sales and customer service goals, which will actively contribute to overall branch goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of cash handling and customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time.
- Ability to accurately count and balance cash.
- Strong knowledge of and adherence to bank policies and procedures.

The targeted salary range for this role is $15.23 - $20.13. HTLF offers competitive and varied benefits to eligible employees, including paid time off, a 401(k) matching program, annual incentive pay, paid holidays, and a comprehensive company-sponsored benefit plan.
