We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to complex problems in the field of Electronic Warfare (EW).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform research and analysis to identify and develop innovative solutions for EW systems.
  • Conduct testing and procedure development to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of EW systems.
  • Provide recommendations and direction for the design, development, and testing of EW systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of EW systems.
  • Participate in Agile/SCRUM process and assist with conformance to plans and schedules.
  • Provide mentorship and support to other team members as necessary.
  • Support Government Program and Engineering meetings and reviews as required.
  • Provide support and feedback to developed software, system/subsystem test events, and draft documents through peer reviews, functional testing, compatibility testing, and design reviews.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret, Top Secret eligible security clearance.
  • BS (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of related experience in EW and Electronic signals intelligence (ELINT) analysis.
  • Experience with analysis of Navy airborne EW systems.
  • Technical Writing and Procedure creation skills.
  • Proactiveness and Continual process improvement mindset.
  • US Citizenship Required.
