Responsibilities- Utilize shop equipment, such as lifts and diagnostic tools, to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of automotive diagnosis technology and digital manuals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, promoting a culture of cooperation and continuous learning.
- Perform routine service inspections, testing, and lubrication of engines and other major components.
- Repair and maintain vehicles, including those with complex fuel systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments, adapting your skills to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in our maintenance and repair facilities.
- Lead or train junior technicians in maintenance and repair activities, as needed.
- Two ASE certifications (or aspirations to attain them)
- High school diploma or equivalent (advanced education a plus)
- At least two years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Current and unrestricted driver's license
- Able to operate a standard transmission
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
