Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our facility management team, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, and developing and implementing effective HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and support to facility management on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide HR support for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
