Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to occupational health
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote employee wellness and safety
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for occupational health and employee health services
  • Develop and implement employee wellness and safety programs

Requirements:

  • Board-certified physician
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in occupational health
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Indepth knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Valid medical license in the state of Connecticut
  • Understanding of employee wellness and safety programs
