Position Overview: As a Behavioral Health Technician on our Nightside team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

About the Job: In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, observe patient behavior, and communicate changes to the Charge Nurse/RN. You will also respond to patient requests, report factors that may impede successful treatment, and facilitate educational/activity groups as assigned.

Requirements and Benefits: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of acute inpatient experience with psychiatric care. The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
