Job Summary:

The Sales Associate - Customer Experience Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a customer-focused sales culture in our chic boutique. This role requires a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure visual standards are met
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and ensuring a fast and efficient register experience
Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift)
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift)
Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift)
