Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider

Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our well-established primary care practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Our practice model is designed to provide excellent work-life balance, with no call or on-call responsibilities.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, allowing for a stable and predictable schedule.
Compensation:
- The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus incentives.

- As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will have the autonomy to manage your own patient panel and make decisions about patient care.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- A minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred.
