Job Summary

We are looking for a professional with excellent language skills to provide technical interpretation and translation services for our Production Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical interpretation from Japanese to English and English to Japanese in the manufacturing process for the Production Engineering Department.
  • Provide technical interpretation from Japanese to English and English to Japanese as required for hourly team members and managers.
  • Provide interpretation during meetings and greet and interpret customers or suppliers.
  • Responsible for all document translation from Japanese to English and English to Japanese for the Production Engineering Department.
  • Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by the Production Engineering Manager or other members of management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A high level of written and oral skills in Japanese and English is required.
  • Good interpretation and translation skills and strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Compensation and Schedule

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $53,930.00 per year and will work on a 1st Shift schedule.
