Job Title: Retail Service Specialist

At O'Reilly Auto Parts, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
  • Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
  • Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
  • Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
  • Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
  • Process retail customer returns and exchanges in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store.
  • Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and securing the building.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
  • Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; fluency in multiple languages.
