Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care role is a vital part of the healthcare team at Southern Maine Health Care. As a skilled and compassionate care provider, you will assist in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

About the Role:

  • Administer direct and indirect care duties to patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Current applicable state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
  • Relevant experience preferred
