Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Therapies Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, test, and operate hemodialysis machines for patient treatments.
  • Obtain and document necessary pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight for each patient.
  • Evaluate vascular access pre-treatment and perform vascular access cannulation.
  • Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility (preferred but not required).
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
