Job Description

Unlock Your Potential as a Regional Sales Manager

Hydro-Thermal Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing strategic sales opportunities for our direct steam injection (DSI) technology in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive regional sales plan to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer base.
  • Provide market development and technical sales support for existing sales channel partners.
  • Establish additional sales channel partners to service open geographic areas or niche market segments.
  • Secure sales on a direct basis where sales channel partners are not established.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing a comprehensive sales process for technical, engineered products and capital equipment.
  • Successful achievement of increasing annual sales quotas for a multi-state region.
  • Sales management responsibility for developing a results-oriented network of industrial sales channel partners.
  • Sales experience with original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) and national accounts.
  • Proficiency with PC and Windows Operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, and SalesLogix or similar CRM software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Travel Requirements: Approximately 50% travel within the respective territory. Must possess legal authorization to work in the US, a valid US driver's license, and a valid passport.
