Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the tire bay team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding service to our members.
  • Tire Bay Operations: Manage the tire bay operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our members receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the tire bay team has the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of tires, batteries, and other products, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet the needs of our members.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the tire bay, including sales, inventory, and labor costs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 18 years of age; prior tire installation and sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead and motivate a team; basic computer skills; knowledge of tires, batteries, and tire bay equipment.
Working Conditions

The Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. The position requires standing and moving about continuously on hard surfaces, with frequent need to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, push, pull, reach, move side to side, stoop, and climb ladders/step stools. The position also requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds, with occasional need to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
