About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Static Engineer to join our team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in static equipment delivery, LNG process engineering, and owner/operator experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting engineering assurance review items to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Providing technical review of assurance findings and decision framing.
  • Reviewing and verifying EPC change orders.
  • SUPPORTING operations readiness assurance review actions across multiple disciplines.
  • Assisting with LNTP4 deliverables support, including technical review of design documentation.
  • Collaborating with regulatory (FREC) filings/submissions from an owner's perspective.
  • Conducting pipeline value engineering review items.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet engineering standards and specifications.
  • SUPPORTING project reviews and audits as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Static equipment experience.
  • Engineering PC: Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
  • LNG Knowledge: Strong understanding of LNG processes and operations.
  • Owner/Operator Experience: Previous experience working as an owner or operator in a similar project.
  • Interfacing Experience: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Projects/Operations Experience: Proven experience in successful project delivery or operations management.
  • Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Technical Review Skills: Ability to conduct technical reviews and verifications of project deliverables.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and processes.
  • Civil/Structural/Mechanical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in civil, structural, and mechanical engineering.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to review and verify technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
