Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all operations in our restaurant. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for performing daily managerial duties, including overseeing, directing, and coordinating activities to better serve customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and inventory management.
  • Direct and coordinate activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage budgets and P&L statements to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years restaurant management experience.
  • 1+ years experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million.
  • 1+ years experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 1+ years experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
  • Proven track record of providing a quality product and maintaining a clean facility.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Work Environment

While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
