Restaurant General Manager

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations in the restaurant, including managing daily duties, supervising and training employees, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure a high level of customer service and sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million
  • 1+ years of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
  • 1+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
  • Proven track record of providing a quality product and maintaining a clean facility
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
