Orthopedic Receptionist

This Front Desk Receptionist role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the clinical team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, processing medical records, and preparing correspondence
• Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly
• Collect payment from patients, process credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community partners
