Job Summary

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Requesting and managing change orders
  • Handling Compliance Assurance Plan (CAP) requests
  • Conducting Eco Plus site assessments
  • Creating and verifying sales orders
  • Reviewing payment applications
  • Approving invoices and assisting with collections

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass:

  • Change Order Management: Creating, verifying, and following up on change orders while collaborating with project coordinators and sales teams.
  • Compliance Assurance Plan Handling: Working with project teams to compile necessary documentation for CAP submissions and ensuring compliance.
  • Site Assessments: Conducting on-site evaluations to ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.
  • Payment Application Verification: Reviewing and signing off on payment applications submitted by project coordinators.
  • Invoice Approval: Reviewing and approving vendor and subcontractor invoices to ensure alignment with project terms.
  • Collections Assistance: Collaborating with the finance team to follow up on outstanding payments and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Project Management Support: Creating new project files and coordinating with project administrators.

Qualifications & Standards

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Previous experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Dependability and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities professionally.
