Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Proficient in HRIS systems, including recruitment, benefits, and payroll administration.
