About the Role:

  • Compensation: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00
  • Work Location: River, Maryland
  • Position Type: Senior EO-IR Engineer
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid eligible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate field testing activities
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of tests
  • Perform data analysis on system performance metrics
  • Collaborate with test squadrons and program management
  • Coordinate data collection and analysis for events
  • Revise and update program test documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience
  • Proficiency in optical, infrared, and laser-based aircraft defense systems
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with DAIRCM and/or LAIRCM systems
