Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at United Regional Health Care System. This role involves providing exceptional rehabilitation therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Certification Requirements: Must possess BLS/BCLS certification.
  • Specialty: Focus on Rehabilitation Therapy.
  • Work Environment: Outpatient rehabilitation facility.
  • Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays.
  • Patient Care: Evaluate and develop treatment plans for a diverse range of patients, implementing strategies to achieve their functional goals.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the field with strong communication and teaching abilities.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Schedule Information
  • Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays.
Additional Information
  • Travelers will be prioritized for floating within the facility.
  • Previous permanent staff are not eligible for this position.
  • Applicants must reside outside a 150-mile radius from the facility.
  • Orientation period includes 2 days of unbilled training (approximately 16 hours).
  • This is a tobacco-free facility; travelers are not subject to tobacco testing.
  • Visible tattoos are acceptable, except on the face, head, neck, or large tattoos on the hands.
  • Small earrings and nose studs are permitted.
  • Hair color changes must be well-maintained.
  • Facial hair should be neatly groomed.
  • Where N95 masks are required, travelers with beards must use a CPAPR for proper sealing.
  • In certain roles, shaving may be required if CPAPR is not available or effective.
