As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient preparation of nightly paperwork, reports, and tracking documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute nightly paperwork, reports, and tracking documents
  • Set up and maintain equipment, including inserter machine hoppers, compressors, stackers, conveyors, and Mirasert
  • Clean and lubricate machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Receive and stage freight, print and set up mail tags, mail sacking, and label marking
  • Monitor preprints and Miracom file movement, mark and sort bundle tops, label files, and printing
  • Tag and date incoming preprints, ensuring the packaging work floor is smooth and deadlines are met
