With over a decade of experience at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Darlene oversees three vital units: ICU, Special Care Unit, and Cath Lab. Her expertise and dedication to nursing excellence make her an ideal leader for our ICU team.

Requirements
- BSN Preferred: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is preferred, but not required. If you don't have a BSN, you must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months and complete the degree within 4 years of your start date.
- Experience and Certifications: A minimum of one year of experience and current certifications in CPR and ACLS are required.
